A $125 nonrefundable costume and registration fee is required.

The balance of tuition is due September 1st, unless you have enrolled in a payment plan as outlined below.

Please Note:  Your Registration is a contract by which you are agreeing to pay the total tuition for the entire term (September - June), regardless of which payment option you choose.

"TUITION IN THREE" PLAN

To enroll in the “Tuition in Three” plan:

  • there is a $36 processing fee; and
  • you must pay by credit or debit card with automatic authorization only.

  1. 1/3 of the tuition, + registration & costume fees are due upon enrollment
  2. 1/3 of the tuition is due by December 1st
  3. 1/3 of the tuition is due by March 1st
  4. CBA does NOT INVOICE. You are responsible for making timely payments.

RETURNED CHECK FEE:

There will be a $35 fee charged for all returned checks, and late payments.

PERFORMANCES:

Tuition payments must be up to date for your child to participate in performances.

SIBLING DISCOUNT:

When a family registers more than one child, each lesser tuition will be discounted by 10%.

REFUND POLICY:
All deposits and tuition are nonrefundable except under the following limited conditions:
  1. If a class placement changes (as a result of the classes held the first week of the session) or a student is placed in a class other than the one for which the child originally registered, creating an unavoidable schedule conflict, then the deposit and tuition will be refunded in full.
  2. If Classical Ballet Arts cancels a scheduled class, tuition will be refunded from the date of cancellation.
  3. If a student sustains an injury or illness that prevents the student from attending classes for an extended period of time (i.e. more than 3 weeks) or for the remainder of the semester, then the family should submit a written request for credit or withdrawal, along with documentation from the student’s doctor. Classical Ballet Arts will issue a credit applicable towards the student’s next tuition payment.

If your family’s situation changes, and there is an unanticipated financial hardship, please speak to the Director, Diana Madden, regarding possible options. You may be asked to fill out some paperwork, but we have The Helen S. Pahigian scholarship and an anonymous donor scholarship available.
